Really like the look of this. Thinking of breaking into the piggy bank for this one.

The JCWhitney site Q&A says that some cutting of the bumper is required to install the grille guard. Sounds drastic - how did you folks get on?

somebody on here has an Olympic metal bumper with the fogs and THIS brushguard added to it. It actually looks good. First time I ever saw this brushguard I called it FUGLY....and even made a thread about it. But with a real metal bumper, like I said, looks good.

that's an understatement, they were pretty much useless!

it fits around the bumper, but you have to notch the plastic air dam on top and the plastic splash guard underneath for the brackets

Very high quality construction, one piece , about 40 - 45 lbs, does have fog light mounts. It looks fantastic , but be warned, the directions leave a lot to be desired. A total P.I.T.A , but worth it. The item number at JC whitney is 300251.

wow, the site I found this on was asking $369.00 for black and $560+ for chrome.

Thanks for the feed back fellas, for the type of off-roading I'll be doing this product will do more than fine. The pics look great.

The shipping was free but there was a $65 weight charge. I had it delivered to the border store on the American side to avoid brockerage fees then just paid pst and gst at the border when I brought it across..

Agree that its no substitute for a good solid winch bumper but for what i need its good enough for now,
