Artec Axle Armor Truss- Does it help?
Understood. Makes sense to me. Were you running an aftermarket track bar? I added LCA's and still had some darting and flighty steering till I added the track bar and got my axle centered again.
I agree, it's cheap insurance to keep you from needing new axles. Good luck with everything and post pics for us when you get it all together

So I can't tell you what it's put up with, because I haven't wheeled it yet, but it sure seems beefy! Near-Final Product:

Is it a lot of labor to weld them on? I assume a shop would charge $300+ to do this mod?
It's been 20 years since I've last welded and I work about 300ft from Bink's Fab shop, so I had them do it. I had this done with a bunch of other stuff, so I don't have an exact number, I think pulling the axle, doing the truss, and putting it back was 5-6 hours. I've seen pictures people doing it without pulling the axle, but they had a 4-post list, yanked enough parts to let it really droop.
Well, I have decided to step up to 40's from my last set up of 38's. I will be doing 40x15.5x20 Toyos and EVO Bolt on Coil over swith arms and flip kit on my 13 Rubicon I have on the way. I'll be the first to admit I am a straight up Mall Crawler and wont be doing any serious rock crawling (I do like to go up to the snow 10 times a year or so and would like to do more overlanding). I have always liked bigger rigs.
I will also be doing the EVO Gussets and Sleeves. I did a search on the Axle Truss and didnt see anything. They are only about $200 for the front and rear, which since I want to keep to Stock 44's, seems like an extra layer of insurance on top of the Gussets and Sleeves. I know the optimal set up would be 60's, but I cant see spending 6k up front when this thing is a DD and not a hard core rig (If I were to somehow bend my 44's just daily driving I would get the 60's). Does anyone have experience with these truss's and do they add a legitimate amount of strength?

You should be able to get it done for around $200-$300. Make sure you have an experienced shop do the install. Properly heating up the cast before welding to it and slowly cooling it down after is vital.
Evo will be doing the work. I am just suprised these dont get more press around here (At least I couldnt find any on the search button). I guess its because most who do 40's go with the 60. With all these pics, it looks like its definitley the right moe for my application.
I think it is a pretty sweet truss and it has to help in some way . I dont have any numbers to show how little or how much but it is a pretty nice piece. We have sold tons of these I am sure more people will post up some pics.

Artec builds great stuff - have used a lot of it on my rig. I can't really say how much strength the trusses add to the axles, but they are certainly beefy. We used them on my build for mounting points for the long arms. I'm not running the 44 anymore, but here are a couple shots of the trusses on a front 60 and a rear 14 bolt:
