Default Aussie LB locker D30 and Ball Joints

13 JKU - Post 2.5 AEV lift, I'm getting some wobble. I installed a high angle front driveshaft Rzeppa joint, AEV drop brackets (got a few more degrees of Camber back), tires balanced and rotated an alignment done and installed a HD Track bar and recentered the front axle. Still getting a little slop when I hit a pothole. Lifted the tires and checked for movement in the steering, none found but did find some play in the ball joint vertically, nothing side to side. Loosened and re-torqued all suspension parts when I installed the drop brackets.

I have an Aussie LB locker ready to install and pending arrival of new ball joints and axle seals. it makes sense to do all that at the same time since I have to pull the axles anyways.
Anything else I should do while in there?

Camber is still 3.8 Left / 4.0 right - post drop brackets - was thinking I could move the upper control arms down to the 2nd slot to get a few more degrees? Anyone done this with a 2.5 lift, netted almost 3.5.

Sorry, long post, just trying to dial this thing in before our next trip at the end of Feb. TIA

Lot of people don't think of the entire bushings set throughout the Jeep. If you have close to 100,000 miles then replacing these makes a vehicle feel like new again and reducing the chance of DW. The lift and other mods will exacerbate any quirks that existed and were not felt with the stock suspension. I am doing mine soon starting with the front (in the front diff) of the UCA. For the rest I will simply replace all the stock upper control arms as they are so cheap it is not worth the labour to change the bushings. Most of the other bushings are replaced now anyway with Metalcloak arms and track bars. At 240,000kms I do not have DW though. Not sure why but I am good with that.

Definitely do ball joints while you're installing that locker. I would not cheap out on those either if you plan to keep that vehicle for a long time. Rare Parts is about the best you can put in there. I would suggest that for anyone who balks at the price of those.......that by the time you're replacing your 2nd set of lower quality BJs, they will have paid for themselves and you would not be doing that labor the 2nd time.

Agree, I secured ball joints from Spicer and dana 30 u joints for both axles plus the locker. Gonna take a weekend likely. But should be good to go afterwards for awhile. 130k, bought at 126k, on this 13' but I have no idea if any of its been replaced. So going thru it as I plan on having this for a long while.
