One of the only way's of telling if your C's are bent is to get an alignment and see what your camber is at. From the two pictures you took they look okay but that doesn't mean they are not bent. Why do you think they are bent?

Can C's be slightly bent and maybe not give any symptoms to notice it?

Well, my driver side front tire has some cupping and the top of the c just looked kinda bent but compared to that last picture it seems fine.

No, I don't think so. Check out this YouTube video on changing your ball joints. If you don't have the jeep specific ball joint pull, you'll need to compensate for the unparalleled ball joints. Kind of confusing to explain so check out the video.

Also, here's a picture of mine, but like it was mentioned before, I don't think a visual inspection will be the most accurate way to tell.
