Default Axle Install Problem

Installing a set of Nitro chromoly shafts today and can't get everything back together. I have evo sleeves and I think the new axles are too thick. I can't get the unit bearing all the way on. Anyone know if these 2 components will work together?

I do know the nitro axles won't work with the after market axle seals. I bought a set of the end if the tube seals and they would not work with my Nitro Axles. They are bigger than factory

I go to put the stock axles back in and look at the gap. I don't see why it won't fit. I must be missing something.

Do you have any extra sleeve sticking out?

What spline axles are they? Upgraded 30 spline won't work with sleeves, except the nitro sleeves.

They're just 27 spline. They engage in the ARB just fine. The shafts are the same length. There's more material on the yoke though. I'm going to attempt to trim sineish the EVO sleeve to get them in. Hope that works.

Well got back to figuring this out. Trimmed off about a 1/4" of the EVO sleeve and they fit perfectly.
