Thanks for weighing in Dave but I think you are bit biased....haha. I'm not real concerned about looks as I am about strentgh a rigidity. Although I do like the fact that the axle sleeves are sealed. It gets pretty nasty down there on the trails.

Who are you going to get to install them?

how necessary are the gussets and sleeves??? does it depend on how hard you wheel? it seems like a cheap way to go for alittle insurance to have them in any case:thumbsup:

I have a welder and can do some welding but I don't know if I would trust it.

I'll give it a shot if you want me to.

This guy uses his Jeep for all its worth, trust me. He wheels pretty hard.

Exactly, cheap insurance and peace of mind. The last thing you want is to have you axle bend under the weight of your tires. It is also dependant on how hard you wheel.

That doesn't sound too convincing. I do not know how to weld myself but I do you know that you have to heat the "C" prior to welding and the process of welding these components is important to there integrity.

I do need my new 4in lift / gears / and winch installed besides my axle reinforcement.
