I do need my new 4in lift / gears / and winch installed besides my axle reinforcement.

I help with the lift and winch. I installed my own lift.
I can bring my air compressor along with all my tools up their and we can knock it out in a day.

Default Axle Reinforcement Weigh-In

How is David biased? He sells both EVO and TF. If you do the welding yourself, member to either remove the ball joints or wrap them in wet rags.

I installed the Teraflex kit and simply couldn't be happier. A very easy install. (it actually was harder to drill the holes in the axle tube than anything else) Install Tip: Use a "step bit" to drill the holes in the axle. Stepping up with regular bits definitely made the process harder.

I considered the EVO kit but I looked for hours to find a post that shows the lower C's were bent from wheeling and could not find one. So for my application I felt the lower bracket for the C's were overkill. Also the Evo kit has 2 O rings that are supposed to seal the drive shaft tube from debris and I was informed from several builders that this should be left open to let the debris\water fall out. They said eventually the O rings will fail and then start holding water\debris in the axle tube. Which of course would be a bad thing. But to each their own.

I couldn't find them on the site...unless I wasn't looking in the right place.

That would be nice, thank you.

EXCELLENT point about the O Rings. I've been leaning towards TeraFlex before I started this but I wanted to here some opinons. I have also heard that the lower "C" supports aren't needed, that is "overkill" like you said.

I have the Poly Performance sleeves and gussets. They are very strong and of the highest quality. I am awaiting the arrival of my TNT JK 30 axle truss. This will give me some comfort when running 37's.

I've got EVO gussets, EVO control arm skids, and EVO Magnum sleeves in my D30. The weight and rigidity difference over stock is substantial.

Add a set of Pro Steer ball joints and RCV shafts (did this just last week! ) and you've got a pretty effing durable high pinion front end, particularly if you're running 35" or under tires.

I will, Scout's honor. Just need to do some cleanup and painting with POR on my days off this week.

I've got the EVO Cs and sleeves and couldn't be happier. My club had a big run this weekend and a buddy without the reinforcement bent the chit out out of his front axle, and mine is fine.
