Default Backspacing for Teraflex BB

I know that 1.5" spacers are commonly used with the TF BB to avoid the rubbing issues associated with the rear sway bar links. I'm looking at the Cragar soft 8's and they have 5" of backspacing vs my stock of 6.25." Is 1.25" enough to avoid the rubbing issues? I'm assuming it is but figured I would ask anyway.

Thanks

what tires will you be running? it's all about the tires. wider tires need less backspacing. i had only very minor rubbing at full lock (turn) on the front swaybar with 285/70r17s (~33x11.50s) and stock rims.

Undecided but something similar to the Mickey Thompson MTZ 33x12.5R-17 or if I get crazy 35x12.5R-17. Either will be on a 17x9 rim
