Ball Joints Upper and lower
Now I am being told it is because of the Articulation. I am not sure if this smoke up my rear so some input from you guys is VERY welcome. At full articulation with the lift is putting too much stress on the ball joints... causing them to start failing......sounds fishy too me but I am no expert
After several hours of negotionating....dealer stepped up and is going to cover the ball joints under warranty. They broke when 2 other local dealers said they would cover the joints. The first didnt want to be out done or lose my business, i have been dealing with them for 5 years now. The local offroad shop....Mt Zion off road even called them on my behalf. Thanks to Jim at Mt Zion.

It is smoke up yours. Articulation has nothing to do with ball joint failures. Jumping or catching air does. Personally I would tell them that you don't even know what articulation is, and you have never left public roads. Ball joints typically last about 100k of northern bumpy, pothole, road use. A friends Jeep is in the driveway right now. He has wheeled with me, and he has 113,000 and still has the originals.
