I have the 2.5" Coil lift, with 3/4 coil spacers, and the brake lines were tight at full flex, but not that tight... No longer brake lines needed with that kit...

100% GO COIL LIFT... You will regret going BB if you start adding more stuff down the road like bumpers and winches.... If all you care about is stance and have no plans on going with other stuff, go BB, but otherwise you will be MUCH happier in the long with with the Coil Lift...

soo someone mentioned that the shocks that come with the kit are not as good as the shocks on the stock rubi...

so what I am best off doing is going with 2.5'' coil kit... and the lift with the shock extensions rather then with new shocks?

I am looking for easy install because its going to be a lease and I dont wana push it really with the contract.

I wont be doing the 4+ lift untill after my 3 years are up and I am going to buy her out

The TeraFlex shocks tend to ride better than the stocks unit plus they allow for more flex than the stock units with extentions.

oh... humm... well my major concern is getting 35's with no rubbing at all during normal driving and hopefully no rubbing during off road... now if there is a slight bit of rubbing that occurs are full flex with discos then I am not going to have a problem at all... I dont think I am going to be getting full flex often and even less going to have to use the disco's (at least for noww!! )

What is your sugestion for this setup... I want to keep it as simple as possiable for the install and as functional as possiable as well.

$$ is not a huge issue but of course if I can get away with spending less and getting what I need then I would rather not over due it...

when it comes time to buy her... then we will see the change to make her look like a generic suv eating beast but for now I just want to get her on 35''s on a budget

You should be fine during normal driving and offroad. Very simple and easy kit to install.
