I have started re-assembly (2 hours into it) and I'm using a razor knife to remove product from bolt threads to get it back together. The coating is about 1/8" thick, and well, except for re-assembly, I love it. Seems very tough and it has a lifetime nationwide warrantee. I think I'm good. Should finish up assembly tomorrow.
Do you have any pictures? If there's one product of all these mentioned here, it's Line-X. I've had all my trucks sprayed with it and have never had any issues.

You can get herculiner from your local northern tool or I think Home Depot has it. It's 100 bucks comes with a roller and another back up roller. It can be brushed or rolled and looks about the same as any other bedliner. Really holds up with the elements.

I just did mine a couple weeks ago with the Rustoleum it was around $60 for the 1 gallon bucket and another $10 for the roller kit and it serves the purpose that I want. If I have to do some touch up every so often I'm fine with that. Plus you can just buy a spray can of it and do some touch up with that.

You will get the best quality results out of a two part bedliner. The ones that are ready to roll with out mixing a hardener won't hold up as well. I have used the Herculiner and Rustoleum roll on ones in the past. with less than desirable results. The Raptor liner that I just used on my two door gave much better results.

Trying to keep this project under $300

Thanks!
Between the Herculiner and Monstaliner go with Monstaliner. I ordered 4 gallons of herculiner because of the great reviews on amazon but ultimatley disappointed with the product. For one its very difficult to get dirt off of it and to put on an even coat unless you are spraying. Monstaliner has a smoother finish therefore easier to clean and does not seem to chip. Good luck!
