I have not seen any bent with stock rims only with standad aftermarket 4 inch back space and also with stock rims with spacers.

Wow there is a lot of gusset on that Baja axle it looks very strong nice work.

I think for the standerd off roader just gusseting up the top and bottom of the C would be plenty

Maybe Dana is having issues...Chrysler doesn't make the axles

I recently just bent my d30 and broke a lower control arm braket running 35's on a tera 4" lift. ...not very happy!!!

Ya we have had 3 diferent lower control arms 3 diferent kits and tire size
both 44s and 30s
all have been passenger side

if my wheels are closer in at the top it means my axle is bent because it sure looks like that

Do you think this is from a "bad batch"? Or do you expect this to be deficiency with all JKs?

You should have SOME camber, but not much. I think it's something like .25 degrees, so the top of the wheel should be tilted in about 1/8th of an inch or so. That would be tough to spot with the naked eye. If you put a level up to your tires, they should be pretty damn close to vertical.

Not trying to get anyone to (bite) was wondering if everyone was having this issue or just a few
We are haveing these gussets laser cut but it will be a weld .
