Default Bent Front Spring?

I have an '07 JKU Sport that has a Rough Country budget boost on it. I replaced the shocks with newer Rubicon stock shocks (red.)

About 3 months ago I'd get the death wobble about once a week on average. After reading every post on it and checking every bolt I brought it to a local shop. They said a tie rod end was busted so they replaced that and put a new steering stabilizer on. Everything was great until about a week ago then the WOBBLE again.

I went under the Jeep and noticed one of my front springs looks curved/bent. Any ideas what would cause this? I'm guessing this is what caused the wobble or was it an affect?

Side note - should I just get 2.5" springs or stock springs with a higher rating (these end in 16.)

Thanks!

You've watched the videos in my write-up thread and read the first few posts?

It is linked below in my signature.

By continuing to drive a jeep with death wobble and not immediately fixing it, it is possible that most of your front end and steering is damaged.

Please read the first few posts of my thread, watch the videos, perform at least the tests that I show in the second video, take some better pictures of your front end, and report back in my diagnosing death wobble thread.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'll check those out this afternoon. I had read through some of it when I first had the issue. Now that it's returned I was more concerned if anyone has seen a curved spring and what they did.

A curved spring happens because something is broke, worn, or misaligned.

Or the springs are just pure crap..

I'd find some stock springs and chuck those in the trash. RC is not known for quality or safety.

I think he has a spacer lift not a spring lift.
