Default Bent sector shaft ?

Had a small leak start from my sector shaft, added some stop leak as the jeep was going into winter storage withing a week. The leak seem to stop I checked regularly until I put the jeep away. I'm finally getting to take it out for the summer and curious how to find out is this is just a blown seal or have I actually bent my sector shaft. I am running 35s and I did make solid contact with a stump a few weeks prior to encountering this problem . Any ideas ??
