Depends on what you are going by. It's pretty common for tire sizes to be smaller than advertised (kevlars seem to be true), so when people say "my lift fits 35s" they mean 35s on the side of the tire, not measured.
So it depends on the information you are going by to see what will actually fit. Something that "fits 35s" doesn't mean it will fit a 36" tall 37" tall tire...
