Big problem
So I have a question. So I was puttin on a set of rock sliders on my jeep and they are a homemade set that bolt to the body mounts. My issue is when I was tighten the last bolt it broke lose so now the bolt is stuck to what ever it threads into. So now my slider is just dangling and no way to get it off. Any suggestions.

Id 1st try to use groove joint pliers and lock on that bolt and pull down kinda hard and twist at same time and maybe it'll catch those threads and come out. If it's your daily driver, I'd grab a hack saw or something to at least cut bolt head off so you can take off rail completely. If you have to cut the head off, once again try using the pliers and twist and pull down at same time. Last but not least, you may have to drill that bolt out (from outside of jeep, not from inside!)
Also- don't worry about threads being ruined and not having an option to get rails back on. You can always rethread that area to possibly use same size bolt or go up a half size or so

I've already tried fellas to the point my buddy was standing on the rail.( prolly wasn't the safest idea) and it still won't unthread. So now I have it zip tied on so it doesnt rattle or move anywhere.

You could grind the bolt head off with an angle grinder and that would let you remove everything out of the way. The bolt probable threads into a clip nut that then can be removed and replaced. Make sure to wear proper eye protection if you grind it off such as a face shield. Metal grindings in the eye is not something you want to experience.
