Okay. Soon I am looking to purchase a 6" suspension lift or my 2008 jk. Also I would get 37" tires. I have been saving for this buy and have well enough $. For extra necessities too. What else would I need? In regards to spacers? Gears? Axle? Fenders? Etc.

You're going to need gears. You're going to need axles. You're going to need drive shafts. You're going to need a premium lift kit, complete with track bars, adjustable control arms, etc.

You're going to need to ask yourself why you really want a 6" lift when you can fit 37s on a lift half that size, have a lower COG and outfit it with premium parts for less dollars.

Nevermind reread, add a CAI, Catback exhaust and a superchips setup to maintain if not gain a Low end torque and HP that way you can also tune it for your application (ie: on-road/off-road)

I would do a 4" lift with flat or cut fenders, adjustable front lower and rear upper control arms, front driveshaft, gusset the d-30, extend brakelines and bumpstops at a minimum. You will want to re-gear but you didn't specify auto or 6 speed

Deffinatly going to need to do all this too. And I couldn't agree more with Jpop about the size of the lift

It is an auto. And the reason I wanted to go with the 6 inch. Was just strictly because I wanted it to be BIG. I know there will be several other parts needed for such a lift and I'm aware. Some say gussets/sleeves. Should I take this route? Or go straight for the bigger axle

The axles are not the problem it's the lift , the higher you go the more you are going to change all the drive line and supsesion parts , you will have to beef up the axle for 37's but the most of the work would be the suspension
