i don't see a whole lot of siping on those muds...you might want to have a tire shop do that for you...my MT baja-belted had a similiar lack of siping....and i had some real bum-pucker moments on the road.

Someone oughta tell that to the LAPD-- they pulled me over and ticketed me for not having my front license plate twice...

I wear the front plate now.

Not much...

...but I am reasonably certain they will never fit that Caddy.

Related question: If you were to put 305/70R17s on a Rubicon w/ a 2" lift while still using the STOCK Rubicon wheels w/o spacers, would they fit?

RubiRed..

Nice job on all that research.

I'm going back and forth on these and the Kuhmo's.. I'm ordering something on Monday so the time is looming.

Rubired, when do you expect your rig to arrive? I look forward to seeing pix with those wheels installed.

Not sure at this point. My order is in D status, so it could be anywhere from the first part of February on.

Not a good idea. 305 tire is 50mm (2 inches) wider than the stock 255 tire. That will put the inside edge of the 305 tire 1 inch closer to the control arms on the suspension. On my stock rubicon there is only 1' clearance between the stock tire and the upper control arm in the rear so a 305 tire will rub continously.
