Ah ok. I read in Petersons 4WD on a review of these shocks, that they fit stock. Guess they were wrong.

They may fit, each shock is different and they may make a size that fits. The link posted would fit 3-5" and anything less or more would generally damage the shock. See if they make any different sizes.

Default So, they fit 3-5 Inches of lift....

But would they be usable on a 4 Dr Unlimited with the Teraflex 2.5" Coil lift, since it supposedly gives just around 3" of lift when all said and done.....

I REALLY hope so, b/c that would be a sick combo!!

Simply to have a little better life and durabililty over bumpy fast terrain that I typically drive in and out of the ranch, and to add that "little something extra" that would make the jeep just a little different from all the others with 2.5" Lifts and 35" Tires......

Definitely not bashing the TF Shocks, just looking for something a little different and a reservoir shock for this price and with this good of a review is worth investigating...

EDIT:: I actually missed the part about the Teraflex FOX shock....I guess they would work as well, and it looks like they would only cost about $20-30 more per shock, but for a savings 80-100, the Bilsteins are still a better price point. And I guess the first comaprison would become null and void when comparing two reservoir shocks

Just looked on the TF site at the fox shocks and they're out of stock.

Default Time to resurrect!!

Do we have any reviews of these shocks yet....any real life experience and/or photos?!?

Also, what are ya'lls thoughts on running these up front and Bilstein 5100's in the rear? I think the front could get better use out of a reservoir since it gets more jarring and justling and the rears would be ok with 5100's for simple stability and flex.....

I am putting on the TeraFlex coil lift with shock extensions on this weekend, and will be looking to upgrade the new longer shocks in 5-6 months after the wallet recovers (Got a good deal on a used kit with extensions). And I am thinking if it is worth it, maybe running 5160's up front and 5100's in the rear. Sounds like a GREAT set up, but really wanting some reviews other than magazines!

Thanks, and Happy New Year!
