Default Bilstein Steering Stabilizer Bushing Help

I ordered a Bilstein Steering Stabilizer for my '11 JKU Sport from Summit Racing. When it arrived today it came with one of the bushings loose and not pressed into the housing. I called Summit and they said that "might" be how it comes but they weren't sure. They suggested I take it to a machine shop to have it pressed in. I asked if they could check and of course their response was to return it and they would send me a new one. When I asked if the new one would come with the bushing pressed in they said they had no idea. I tried pressing it in myself and destroyed the bushing in the process. Needless to say I am returning it to Summit but not ordering a new one from them at this time. Those of you running a Bilstein SS does this sound right? I've read all the posts how simple a bolt on installation this is so I can't imagine this being correct. Help.
