Default Body lift question

Hey guys, I have a 1" body lift installed in my Rubicon unlimited, and the transmission area in the jk seems very noisy. I took it to Dodge to get it checked out and they said that the lower or inner boot came off the body or transmission and created the noisiness in the cab. However now the jeep wont shift properly into 2nd, 4th, 6th and reverse, it has actually even slipped out while driving, it also seems like it just wants to slip back into neutral, like it wont fully engage. What are you guys doing to help the transmission shift better after installing the body lift. They have fixed the noise in the jeep but now my problem is worse.

you need to trim the inner shift boot. this is what's causing your problem. i know that rough country includes a shifter adapter with their kits, and i'm pretty sure the point of this is to eliminate the need for trimming the boot, but i'm not sure if you can get it separately. i don't see why you couldn't, but sometimes companies can seem to defy logic. i'd say go through RC first and if they can't help you, just go ahead and give the boot a trim
