Default Body lift question...

Installed a Daystar 1" body lift on my 2012, 4 door JK and torqued the nuts and bolts to the recommended 40 & 80 pounds yet the lifts in front & behind the rear tires creak and squeak on bumpy paved roads. I have been battling this since I installed them in October.
Can anyone offer advice on how to quiet these things once and for all?

To be sure I understand... Loosen the nuts and spray, remove the bolts and spray, then torque or am I to loosen the nuts and blots and spray the BL insert?

The Daystar have the metal inserts in them? Sounds like metal on metal.

They are solid poly and then the factory mounts sit on top of them them. The sound is of metal on metal. It creaks and or a slight pop from time to time.

I had the same problem after I installed my RC body lift . It was due to the center bolt with the washer was rubbing on the nuts that hold the spacer in place . Fixed by pullin the center bolt and used a grinder to the washer to flatten the area of rubbing. Only the rear spacers did it , hope that helps with your kit ? Let me know if ya need pics and ill post some when I get home .

Never mind if your issue is metal on metal, lubricant wont help that.

Yes, I ground those down as the instructions indicated.
