To Boot, or not to Boot (shock boots)

This is great advice. I have had both ways and learned they are not for me. When I used to run snow plows in my business (in Ohio, NOT Texas!) I used to keep rs5000's on them and kept the boots, MISTAKE! They rusted and got to be a huge mess (leaks) and that led to replacing. BTW, they were warrantied......

However, if you aren't going to do much off roading and like the look of the boots, then by all means use them. But if they don't have a weep hope, make them yourself at the very least.
