Default brakes get squishy and lose grip on road bumps at speed.

Like the subject title says.. When I hit some bigger bumps (usually construction areas) on the road the brakes get squishy and I lose braking power. 2008 JK with a 2" OME lift and Spidertrax 1.5 spacers on wheels if that helps diagnose the problem. No brakes squeaking or anything like that... bought it used with 44000 miles and I've put on another 5,000. Any ideas? Thanks!

Have you checked the wear on your brake pads?
