Default broken ball joint?

hey,

I went to install new ball joints today and I seem to have bent one of my lower ball joints... my question is it bent or did it just move? these are new alloy usa ball joints. any suggestion if I did bend it? Thanks.

bent the one you were trying to remove or the new one you were trying to install?

I would guess you just moved it, it would be extremely difficult to bend that thick of a stud. Remember the bottom bj does pivot, it will be tight since its brand new so just push it back to bolt on your hub assembly.
