Did anyone ask them if it includes everything? I thought it might end up being like the Rubicon Express driveshafts where you have to order the yokes for the transfer case separately.

I've actually done driveshaft work before. From his description, it really sounds like he knows his stuff. Like WOL said though, I would find out warranty info first......no matter WHAT brand shaft I got.

I may want to go this route. I'm going to get a 1350 rear shaft for my 2 door Rubi. What do I need to make sure is included?

I corresponded with Mr. Tatton via email today. He said today is the last day the shafts will be at the discounted price. The shafts will be 235 bucks from here on out. Still pretty good. Yes, flanges are not included. They are 135 for both. Still, all in all, a pretty good deal. He also said "we make them so you will not call me with a problem. but if you have one call me and we will handle it." Sounds like he backs up his product. He also continued with this "(we) are runing it in moab on a 2008 jeep with the hemi covershion it is working great."
I also encouraged Mr. Tatton to check out the forum and look around. Maybe he will.

Mr Tatton e-mailed me today with the prices on the flanges too. Hopefully I can squeeze out a little more $$$ from my budget this week and order one before the sale price ends. I just dished out over $900 for a set of control arms last night and I'm running a little short now. I might have to hold on for another 2 weeks or so and pay the extra $55

Which thickness should I get ? .083 or .120?

Oh, and what about grinding out the 1350s for 35deg of movement? Necesasry? I assume this is similar to the thing mentioned on the Woods website?

Everyone I talk to says to wait until after the lift before I take a measurement, especially with the RK 1 inch stretch, and with the long arm. My question is, since I will have to reposition the adjustable rear arms (all 3?), will it be OK for me to drive with the lift and my stock shaft for a couple weeks? I can limit the offroading if necesary.

Thanks, and Sorry to hijack.

I just stumbled on this thread. I live in Draper, just 15 minutes from Tatton's shop. I had the stock drive shaft hitting my trans pan and created a leak. Had the dealership install a new pan and then drove over to Tatton's to have him replace my driveshaft. I too was having trouble spending a lot of money on a shaft. I have 35" toyo's with a 3.5 teraflex lift. My jeep has been down to Moab 3 times with this shaft (no problems) and no vibrations at speeds to 85. (I wouldnt drive faster than that in my JK) It was a steal compared to other's! But with that in mind. I live close to his shop and Teraflex (there shop to is in Utah) recommended him to me!!

Anyone have long term feedback on Tatton's shafts?
