Build Plan
I just need a sanity check on my plan. I am breaking it into three phases due to having plans bigger than my bank account. I already have 33” tires with wheel spacers. The phases will be about 6 months apart and this is a daily driver, so I need to be able to drive the car on the highway.
Phase 1 – suspension
Teraflex 2 ½” lift.
EVO spec King shocks with compression adjustment.
EVO spec King bump stops
Tereflex Monster front track bar
Teraflex short control arms all 8
EVO front axle sleeves and gussets
Steering stabilizer relocation
Under seat lock box for conceal carry gun
Phase 2 – Wheels, tires, and gears
Walker Evans wheels
Toyo MT 35” tires
Re-gear
Phase 3 – Making it sexy
sPod lighting control with air gauge
Poison spider front and rear bumper
Poison spider sliders
Winch
Poison spider 50” rigid light bar
Compressor
Front and rear flat flares

If you want to save a substantial amount of money on the first phase. You won't need all 8 arms on a 2.5" lift, get 4 front lower/rear upper. Honestly your caster and rear pinion angle shouldn't be too far off. Is the ride on the king shocks really $1000 better than bilstein 5160's? I dunno if I would be throwing almost $5k at a 2.5" lift. What are you planning on doing with this?
If it was me I would get a 3" evo enforcer lift with bilstein 5160 reservoir shocks, save $3k for the rest of the mods.

agree with post above I have the same lift with only frony lower adjustable arms and itn rides great. I plan on getting rear uppers if and when my rear shaft goes to correct the pinion angle. FYI I am running the teraflex shocks that came with the lift and they ride very nice. All of this cost me less than a $1000. Everything else on your build looks good. Good luck
I appreciate the input. Here is some of the logic behind the selections. I intend to get a new jeep in the next 2 to 3 years. At that point I am going to convert this jeep for weekend fun only. I was trying to establish a platform that would allow for easier modification later. I want to minimize rework costs down the road. I eventually want to be on 37” or 40” tires. I am doing the small lift now because it is currently my primary vehicle and I didn’t want to be too tall and not able to park in the parking garage at work. The plan is to be able to swap the springs and links to create future space for the bigger tires.
I went with the 2 ½” Teraflex because I have a 2 door and didn’t want to replace the drive shafts. I originally was looking at the Enforcer package but the small print says “aftermarket CV drivelines are recommended.” The website only shows the 4” so maybe there is a package I am missing. Maybe one of the EVO guys can shed some light on this. I also figured I would increase my potential of problems because I don’t have bumpers or a winch to compress the front springs.
I know I only need to do the lower front and rear upper control arms. I included the set of 4 to try and future proof my setup. Later on I know I will need to add the other arms, so I figured I should do it now before I fall in love and start spending all my money to impressing a girl.
The King shock selection has no science or math behind it. The consensus seems to be the Kings are top of the line, but I doubt they are worth the price premium. I know I won’t be disappointed with them. I also know how good it will feel when my buddy Jake sees them compared to his 5160s that he had to settle for when his wife locked his wallet down. So this is purely a section to 1-up my buddy. The King bump stops is just for vanity. I like my stuff to match. I concur I am wasting money here. I did make sure that if I go to a 4” later I could re-use the shocks and stops.
I wasn’t sure about doing the Teraflex front track bar or the Evo Drag line flip kit. This EVO kit relocates the stabilizer so the price difference isn’t huge.
What about a rear track bar. Is it better to just replace the rear one instead of using the bracket? I wasn’t sure if it was necessary since there is less lateral force on rear since it doesn’t have to turn the Jeep. Then EVO has their own version of the rear bracket that I am not sure if there is any benefit over the TF.
I’ve also heard the Teraflex stuff comes with a price premium, but similar to the King shocks, I have never heard anyone say it isn’t top notch stuff. My local shops also rave about their customer service. I also love their videos.
