Could this be the clunk in the A pillar that became the clunk from the latches?

no its only in the front only when going over bumps

it sounds 2 part much like the axle is hitting the bump stops but it sounds more metal on metal than that...

stock lift, tires, and axles

check your front sway bar links. there is a good chance that they have come loose - i have seen this happen a lot. also, check your shocks. i have seen where the mounting bolts have come loose and i have seen where the bushing fails and causes a similar noise. being that you are still stock everything, i would start with these things.

Check if your front bracket on your skid plate ia coming into contact with your front driveshaft. You would see rub marks on the bracket, and or driveshaft/yoke.
