Cool.

Disconnected, with 3.75" of lift, short 35's (33.5" actual), 2" front lower stops, and cut stock flares, I have a bit less than 1" between the tires and flares. Without the 2" bumpstops, the coils are fully compressed and the tires are rubbing the chopped flares.

Hi-jacking here....I have 35's with pocket flares and a 2" body and 2" suspension block lift. Can I get away with Teraflex extended bumpstops? I rub pretty bad.

Default Another hi-jack here

Hey planman I have a teraflex 2.5 coil lift, was planning on adding 1in. spacers, cutting my stock fenders and running toyo 37 in tires on rims with a 4.5 or less back space. Will I need more than the bumpstops that I have with my lift now. I'm planning on new 1350 driveshafts, 5.38 gears, all eight control arms etc. and maybe 1in. body lift if needed. Any thoughts or should I just go with a 4in lift and skip the spacers and body lift?

Wow...I have a bigger headache than when I started...

I gues 2" bumpstops (front and rear) will be good...Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

This is what I am planning...Will I be OK??
08 Rubicon
Procomp wheels (4 3/4 backspacing)
2.5" RC coil lift
Bushwacker Flat Flares
315/70/17 (35" or so) GY Duratracs
2" front lower terraflex bumpstops
2" rear lower RC bumpstops

With 4.75" backspaced wheels and 35s, you will need to adjust your steering stops.

If you still have the stock plastic front lower air dam, you will need to trim or remove it.
Plastic air dam is gone, I have the RR front skid, but I dont think there will be any clearance issues

Is there a write up on adjusting the steering stops??

The ebay item # is 390285905420 and there is one set left (already got mine)...BTW, this is not my ebay item and I dont know the seller...I just bought them and fig I would share the deal with the forum
