Question Bumpers suggestions?

I want to add front and rear bumpers to my 08 Rubi, looking for suggestions, brand names I should look for, types, etc. I also want to add a guard of some sort or battering ram as I like to call them. I'd like to have something I can look at to see what it would look like on my Jeep, how far it would stick out from the front of my jeep, etc.

Go with the Smittybilt XRC series....front and rear. Just a hair over $1k total for both and they can be easily installed in your driveway with 2 people. Write up on the front bumper install...https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/jk-write-ups-39/smittybilt-xrc-front-bumper-install-w-hid-lights-78848/....

You're opening up the proverbial can here. Every bumper made will be suggested. I believe that there is a thread that has photos of most of the popular bumpers. I went with the Olympic BOA front and Olympic Defender rear. Good strength, not too much weight and great protection. Everyone will have their take on what they chose or didn't choose. In the end find one that gives you the features you want and go with it.

Research them at 4wd.com and quadratech and you'll get a great representation.

If you want high quality made in the USA, go with Hanson
