Your stock shocks might be too short & not allowing any down travel.

The tire wear could be a result of the previous owner.

The bump steer could be associated with your new wide tires. A wide 35" tire will grab the grooves of the road and steer the jeep if it's your first time driving with large tires.

The dual steering stabilizer you bought is a waste of cash.

Throwing on a BB lift while trying to figure out your whole bump steer issue was also a waste of time.
