Default Bushwacker flats and fading vs. elements

Can anybody tell me how bushwacker flat fenders hold up to the elements? I live in nova scotia where we get every climate so I'm interested to know before I bite the bullet and get a set.

Also, am I wrong in thinking that these are the set I should go with? Or are there night and day better sets available?
Thanks!

I think someone should do a write up on all the different flat fenders, as it seems to be a popular mod.

No issues with mine and you should look up restoring the black of the factory fenders with a heat gun. I'm sure the same thing would apply, but to date I don't have any noticeable fade.

Mine are a couple of years old. I use 303 on em and the color is still good.

Sounds good. Also, the heat gun idea sounds like it would work, at least for a couple times. I did notice on their website they have a lifetime warranty. I wonder if that covers fading....
