Default A/C compressor NOT working!

I'm writing from Italy, and I'd like to thank anyone who can help. The A/C compressor was replaced, but it still doesn't work. The mechanic blames the TIPM. I've disassembled it entirely, but the circuit boards seem fine, all the relays work, no blown fuses, and no diagnostic errors... despite all this, the compressor isn't working. The only clue: the refrigerant pressure is 25 bar (about 450 psi)... way too much! Even disconnecting the sensor, it stays at 450 psi! The sensor cable has three wires... the middle one reads 4.5V. What can I do?

I have a 2009 wrangler jk and I had a ground issue at the compressor. I fixed that and ended up having to replace the sensor connector because the ac wanted to run at times and not all the time like it should. The clip that held the senor connector on was broken and wouldn't stay connected correctly.
