It's his 1st C gussset job but says he's more then capable only $50 Hr too.
If its just welding and not removing the axle 2 hrs is about right. I'd be careful with your upper ball joint, they don't take heat well and are very close to where the upper is welded.

If you think you need "Cs" you need sleeves and/or a truss.
