Thanks. I gotta' say, I don't know that I've ever been called names or picked-on because my JK is stock (It's actually not stock, but that's probably a moot point) on JKF before.

In any event, several JKF members have helped me over the past few years. My interest is in doing what I can to also help out a member in need, regardless of what that member may be bringing to the table.

No. It was created by a third party. It's the intellectual property of another forum member. He made it several years ago and made it publicly accessible to all.

I'm an engineer and when the CAD isn't available i just make it myself... it isn't that hard. the curves on the wrangler are not that complex, pretty easy to figure out if you know how to measure via point in space.

Thanks warpeg for sharing this CAD file stuff. I'll enjoy looking at it in my free time.

TrueView has always been my go-to for DWG file viewing.

Dwg can be opened in a multitude of softwares. Solidworks makes a free one you can view it, I believe the free software by SW is called eDrawings. It is a viewer, not an editing software.

I haven't opened the file yet, but typically dwgs are 2D sketches and not solid geometry (3D). I don't know if dwgs come in 3D.

Has anyone converted it to solidworks files that they could share? Im having trouble opening it in 3d. Solidworks imports a dozen or so parts and then crashes.
