Default CAI and EXHAUST HELP

Hey all,
I have been reading thru pages and pages of info on both subjects, but nothing together. I am wanting to upgrade my exhaust and put a CAI on my 2009 jeep. I have read lots of great things on the BANKS ram air intake. Is this a better intake then a K&N intake with a metal tube or AEM brute force?
Also i have been wanting to pair an exhaust with the upgrade to make the jk sound a little meaner and give some more power. i have narrowed it down to a couple, but could use some help. MBRP, Banks Monster, or Gibson?
Should i pair banks with banks? does it matter? and lastly, some opinions about quality and performance
thank you very much as i can definatly use some help

I installed the the Banks Ram Air CAI a few week ago without saying a word to my wife. After a few days, I asked her if she noticed anything different. She said the it was louder (under throttle) and felt like it had more power. I immediately noticed that the MPGs went up slightly (about 1 MPG). According to UPS tracking, my Rusty's exhaust will arrive tomorrow. Will install by next weekend.

I have an Airaid CAI and love it....as do many others. But many will tell you to just use the K&N drop in filter for the stock airbox if you do a lot of water crossings. That along with the MBRP exhaust seems to be pretty popular.
Oh.....and btw. Lots of people say the Ram Air is not really a ram air system as it's not taking air from outside the vehicle. Pretty much the only intake that will do that is a snorkel.

For the same $, you can get a flashpaq and DEFINITELY experience gains. No controversey on that mod it really does improve power and mpg's. Can't say the same for exhaust and intake.

Another vote for the Flashpaq. An intake and exhaust on this weak motor will do nothing other than create noise.
