4.2 or so is stock. Somewhere in the 4-6 range is a good place to shoot for after the lift, depending.

23" is usually a good starting point with that lift height.

The EVOs can be adjusted while staying fully installed on your JK to fine tune the castor. No removal of one end required to adjust the length.
Happen to have any used ones from people going to long arms?

I don't know of any place of the C where you'll be able to find an accurate angle. A much better place is the pinion flange. Stock angles are caster at 4* and the pinion up at 2*. If your earlier 0* measurement is correct, your pinion should now be at 6*.

I measured using WOL writeup. placed the angle finder on the lower c like in this pic:

Here is the writeup.

When I placed the angle finder on the same spot as in photo above it said 0. I didnt put it on ground but it is very level part of driveway so I think that is fairly close measurement. Is there a better way to do this?

Default caster

Assumption is that your kit is installed correctly and all torque to spec.....
I say caster angle is critical ...front uppers allowed me to adjust and I found that was the one 'adjustment' which took care of DW(after a TeraFlex 4.5" lift) . I specifically test drove after the lift install ...to experience DW ...then adjusted away from it.

yea that no good... u want that angle finder to be around the 5 degree mark... positive.. so lower bj is infront of upper.

my lowers are set to 24" eye to eye, and uppers are 19.5". i have ome hd springs n 1"spacer upfront... my algle reads 5 both sides.

This is why I prefer to use the pinion flange as a measuring point. 5* is more than stock. Have you actually turned your pinion down from stock?

So once I get my new lower arms in and set them 23 end to end and keep stock uppers, what will my caster be?

The pinion measures about 3, so there is a 2 degree diff, which I think u want... If u look at it, it is pretty close to level, slightly down refering to the pinion flange.I have no driveshaft vibe issues at all. I can go almost 1/2" longer on the arms before I get a vibe. I have gone that far, and the gauge will read closer to 8 ish then. Drives good, but not with the vibes. The settings I mentioned work for my lift.
