Default Can I wait to regear

So I picked out everything I want (lift rims and gears) but i only have the money to lift it and put the rims and 35"tires on at the moment. I have 3:21gears in it right now and was wondering if i can run this setup for a couple of months. I have a 6sp and it is my dd but i only put about 1000 miles on it a month. not much time spend on highways mostly on country roads. What kinda mileage should i expect when i do this. Thanks for your help

You will be fine im still on stock gears with 35's it sucks but the 6spd helps a little on hills and getting out of folks way lol

My auto came factory with 4.10's. I'm running 35's and I think it's just fine as well. If I could snap my fingers and have 5.xx's I probably would but I can't see spending the $ to do it. What would it run, $1,000 all said and done?

Default my setup

I have an unlimited 6 speed with the 3.21s and 35" mud grapplers. On the road I can get around 18 mpg but local driving the dash says around 14-15 usually. That is driving in just 5 gears because 6th wont pull my jeep where I live and there arent hardly any hills here. But I have been driving mine like that since around june of 08 so it is driveable but I am going to upgrade to 5.13s when money permits me to do so.

gearing is totally worth it. I think if you plan on running 3.21s with 35s very long maybe you should start saving for a clutch too.
