Default Can you stack factory coil insulators?

Simple question. The factory sends JKs out with a single coil insulator on top of the coils. Can you purchase a second set of factory insulators and stack them? Are they stackable?

What I want to do is use one extra factory coil insulator per side in the front end, to go along with my Daystar 3/4" spacers. This way, I'd effectively get 1.5" lift in the front, and .75" lift in the rear, which will level the Jeep but will only cost $60 bucks total.

Can this be done? I'm not shelling out $130 for the Teraflex kit that does the exact same thing. That's retarded.

Yes they would stack, but not level. I would't recommend it.

If it's what you need done and this will do it properly, why is it retarded? $130 is pretty cheap as far as mods go. I wouldn't start stacking anything unless it has been designed to do so.

Agreed. Unless they are designed to stack I wouldn't stack them.

The factory isolators are real squishy , adding an extra one would only give you about a 1/4in once weight was on it. I wouldn't stack squishy spacers. Makes no sense, get the ones that are designed outta harder material for x amount of lift.

My factory springs are 17s/58s so they are not the stiffest ones you can get, but they are pretty firm.

I've got the Daystar 3/4" spacers front/rear just have to put them on. I was just thinking if there was a cheap way to throw one more spacer in the mix up front it would be just enough to level things out.

I figure that they are either stackable or they aren't. If you can stack Tera ones safely, then you can stack any of the others safely for half the price. But I just didn't know how the fronts looked cause I haven't had them out yet, so I thought I'd ask if anybody else has done this. Thanks for the thoughts.
