Anyone else mount a canoe up on a Gobi rack yet? If so, what did you have to buy from Yakima/Thule to do it?

I was looking at the Gunwale Brackets, but was questioning whether I'd need to add another cross bar above the empty area of the Gobi rack.

I'm not sure mounting it to the top of the light bar is good, and otherwise the brackets would have to be mounted too far back for a canoe.
