one last question....where would be the best place to measure the angle so I can match it it before and after with what they got(2.7 and 2.3) and what i'm trying to get to.
Also, do you have any recommendations for a digital angle finder?

I use something like this on top of my upper ball joint to find the angle. Now the vehicle has to be resting on it's own weight and on level ground so a gagrage usually works best. You can find these at home depot for around 20.00.
