have you taken an angle finder and checked your axle caster? Here's a great write-up on how to do this:

Now my caster specs are 4.4 Driver and 5.0 Passenger and it still has a slight pull to the drivers side. My questions is are the caster angles suppose to match or are my acceptable? Thanks
What's your rear Track? it should say on the sheet they gave you.
i lifted my 2 door 3.5 in and the track bar bracket i got with my kit was crap, so my rear track is 0.51 degree's out to the passenger, which is giving me me a pull to the drivers side, i ordered a different track bar bracket, if that doesn't help, i'll get some adj rear lower control arms

I did that alignment myself, so i took the extra time too get my front toe and steer ahead perfect, but with the rear track out your rear axle is trying to basically make you drive sideways down the road, each case is diff so this might not help, just thought i'd share
