Ha. I just checked both of mine and, you're right, neither are locked. I never really noticed. I was too worried about screwing up the steering while adjusting the drag link.

It's so weird, after installing my lift on Saturday on my '13 my wheel was WAY off and I didn't need to unlock it to correct it. I did on my old 08 tho... strange
