Default Ceramic Brake Pads

So, I searched all over the site, but I can't seem to find a definite answer to my questions. I need to replace my rear brake pads and the only pads anyone has in stock are ceramic pads. Has anyone used ceramic pads on their JK yet? Does it stop as well as stock? Will it damage my rotors over time?

I think they might have been cermic stock from the factory. I'd go with cermic, not as much brake dust.
