Default Chalk test question

Recently had 35" tires put on my JK and wanted to do the chalk test so I could find the best psi to run in them. My question, and forgive me if it's a dumb question, is does it matter if the tire is cold vs being warm. It's currently about 23 degrees here in WNY. Wasn't sure if it being so could would affect anything. Thanks for the help!

Pressures will change with temperature of the tire. The amount of pressure difference is pretty minimal under normal operating conditions. So I wouldn't be to concerned.

After the test when it tells you what pressure to run, it won't matter what the temp is as long as that pressure is maintained in the tire.

The presures will go/up down but you just adjust as necessary.

Well I was going to do the chalk test today however we got some snow and my Jeep sits outside so my tires would be wet when I attempted it. So I sat there thinking and would it be the same if my tires were wet and I drove over a dry surface and looked at the tracks it made?
