Blackout can and exhaust tip. This can be done with Krylon black grill paint applied to the muffler and actually is somewhat functional as it holds a very modest amount of heat in the exhaust.
Drilled Mirror Mod. While this isn't going to make your JK look any different, it is functional and will relieve the water that collects in the factory mirrors. There are a ton of threads and posts on this.
Fender chop. Again, a ton of threads on this.
Stubbifying stock front bumper. More threads.
Grill Mod. Flavor to taste and there are a ton of threads on this one as well.
