cheapest place to buy Rugged Ridge Modular Bumper
i rember a thread a couple of weeks ago that had a place online with this bumper at a great price....having a case of crs and cant find it in a search

You might be thinking of CSEoffroad.com. I got a Rugged Ridge front bumper with hoop for about 375. No shipping costs. 
Arrived in one week...except for the hoop, on back order.
