I say you replace the battery! Don't jump it!

I had a battery that died I kept jumping it and after like 5 jumps it started leaking and it got all the paint on the firewall and frame came off! It was a bitch to clean sand and paint!

And yes since your battery is low it will throw a lot of different codes just because its low! I got circuit fan 1 relay, a transmission sensor and low battery but I got a new battery and now I have no codes at all!

Look what I did to be able to get all that acid off! If you have the money and the battery is old I say replace it!

Have the battery load tested. It is probably toast.

I just experienced the same thing last week. I recommend replacing the battery. I jumped it one time and it would not hold a charge. My battery was three years old so I figured better to be safe than sorry. So I went to Costco and for $84 I purchased a new one. No more engine light.
