As others have noted, check your AIT sensor, if it's intact no need to mess with it. Also make sure your PCV vacuum line is attached. Reset the PCM with the battery disconnect, and drive it fairly hard for a bit while doing on/off key cycles to hasten the PCM re-learn. Rare that an intake would cause an issue, and if it isn't something quickly remedied by what you actually connected and reconnected it's just coincidence that you getting a CEL after installation.

Yea I think it just happened at the same time as the install. It sounds like my cat is rattling so I'm gonna do a new high flow cat an exhaust I guess!!!

I had the same code and it was a bad O2 sensor, also sometimes the exhaust maifold is loose and causes an airleak and when re-tightened can fix the problem.
