Clearance Issues?...
I just bought a Solid Axle diff cover for the little Dana 30 in our X. 
(They are 65 bucks with shipping on their web site right now!)
Will it clear the stock track bar & tie rod?...

It should - you might just have to grind off just a tad bit on the top truss of the cover - but that's it. No big deal at all. Mine fit just fine on my D44 when I was stock. They just barely hit, not even enough for me to grind.
